Fidelity Healthcare is a team made-up of trained professionals who assist others in their daily lives. We ensure our participants are treated with the upmost respect and care. We pride ourselves on ensuring our participants are safe and secure, but also comfortable meanwhile remaining independent. Ben Dossman IV
Founder & Co-Director
Entrepreneur, philanthropist and change agent who believes in the unwavering power of the human spirit. Ben spent several years traveling the world honing his culinary skills as a chef. He then moved MN and thus began his pursuit of his passion to help others.
Ben founded R&B Management in 2001 while working as a reale state agent for Coldwell Banker. During this time Ben purchased several rental properties to help others find affordable housing.
Ben devoted a house to youth, located, Crystal MN, the house provides basic life skills training and supervision to homeless youth. The goal is safe housing in an enviornment that promotesself-sufficiency.
In 2011, Ben founded Fidelity Health, which is a PCA agency providing in home health care.
The possibilities are endless what started our as an opportunity to help has fostered a lifelong quest to give back tot eh community and to serve as a catalyst for change for all that he encnouters. Ben Dossman IV is a man of courage and action and is not afraid to challenge the status quo for the greater good.
